Installation
------------

The following installation instructions assume that the Palace server
has been installed in /usr/local/palace.

killip is a standard Palace server plugin. It is installed by
placing the plugin killip.so in the Palace binary folder,
/usr/local/palace/bin, and adding the following line to the plugin
configuration file: /usr/local/palace/<palace-name>/psdata/plugin.conf

bin/badboy/killip.so psdata/ip.list

The killip list file is placed in /usr/local/palace/<palace-name>/psdata.
Note that killip reads and writes to this file. Therefore, it cannot be edited.

God Commands:
-------------

killip adds the following god commands to the Palace server.

`killip <whisper>/<ip> - kill a user's ip.
`killip about - display info about killip.
'killip extend <length> <ip> - extend the time of a death penalty.
`killip for <whisper>/<ip> - kill an ip with a custom time limit. 
`killip help - display this message.
`killip list - list killed users.
`killip unkill <ip> - unkill a ban record."
